Hello, my name is Rashawn Bass, and I am in the final year of my bachelor’s degree in interactive and graphic design at Millersville University.

Ever since I was young, I’ve always had an interest in art and design. Throughout my life, the passion I had for art was closely tied to my education. In primary school, I got to discover and refine my rudimentary abilities by learning the fundamentals. Developing my skills at a such young age allowed for various opportunities later in my education. In secondary school, I got to explore my artistic capabilities through Art Club and the National Art Honor Society. In my senior year of high school, I even had the opportunity to hold office for these extracurricular activities.

After graduating high school, I took a year to pursue my interest in bartending and got officially trained and certified. After I achieved this, I enrolled in the interactive and graphic design program at Millersville. While studying here at Millersville, I have gotten to explore a variety of different fields within graphic design that I have never been exposed to before. I hope to continue advancing my knowledge of art and design while navigating through my journey as a designer.
